SFDC CPQ Architect

Responsibilities

• Provide overall architecture and design for Salesforce implementations across multiple projects or large complex projects
• Create prototypes and proofs of concept to aid in defining requirements
• Map business requirements to Salesforce capabilities and determine when custom solutions are necessary
• Lead or participate in the definition, prioritization, and scoping of business and functional requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine best implementation strategies
• Architect and deliver a robust data model that supports project requirements

Requirements

• 8-10 years of Solutions Architecture experience
• 5+ years of experience in SFDC Architecture
• Required Salesforce Certifications: Architecture Track
• Proficiency with APEX, Visualforce, Lightning/LWC, and Force.com
• Strong knowledge of the SFDC Data Model across various clouds/products
• Experience architecting solutions on Experience Cloud and Health Cloud
• Proven track record of successful large enterprise Salesforce project deliveries
• DevOps experience for CI/CD

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare industry experience, preferably within the payer space
• Experience with CRM and Member service platform implementations
• Experience with large data integration and data migration activities
• Strong documentation skills for functional/technical specifications and solution design
• Experience in Experience Cloud/Community and a Salesforce developer background
