Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily execution of Repair & Warranty repair operations
• Coordinate workflow between Sewing, Shipping, and Intake departments
• Monitor production against daily goals and adjust priorities as needed
• Coach employees on quality, productivity, and standard operating procedures
• Train and develop less experienced sew techs to meet production goals
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements
• Monitor production quality and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Act as the communication bridge between the Department Manager and frontline employees

Requirements

• 4+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in manufacturing or repair operations
• Experience in apparel repair, industrial sewing, outdoor products, or warranty operations
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to coach and motivate employees

Preferred Qualifications

• Lean Manufacturing experience
• Continuous Improvement experience
• Experience working with production metrics and KPIs
