Responsibilities
- Work within a small group following a standard work circuit for defined products
- Learn to operate various machines including automated, single-needle, and double-needle machines
- Utilize folders and other tools to facilitate production
- Maintain high sewing quality compared to established samples
- Suggest improvements regarding safety, quality, and production efficiency
- Identify similarities between products to optimize production processes
Requirements
- Knowledge of different manufacturing processes
- Strong sewing skills
- Strong verbal or written communication skills
- Minimum of one year of sewing experience preferred
- Dedication to learning and skill improvement
