Sewing Operator

Responsibilities

• Work on small teams performing standard work loops for specific product lines
• Operate various sewing machines including programmable tackers, single needle, and double needle machines
• Use folders and tooling for specific products
• Ensure sewing quality matches established samples
• Maintain production schedules to meet daily or hourly quantity goals
• Provide feedback to supervisors regarding safety, quality, and production efficiency improvements

Requirements

• Sound hand-eye coordination
• Ability to perform moderate physical effort
• Ability to sit at a sewing machine for extended periods
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Dedication to learning and perfecting technical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of sewing experience
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes
