Sewing Operator

Responsibilities

• Perform daily manufacturing operations including sewing, repairing, cutting, inspecting, packing, and shipping of products
• Maintain satisfactory quality, production goals, and attendance standards
• Visually inspect materials during the sewing process to identify defects
• Adhere to all established company policies and procedures
• Troubleshoot basic machinery problems and request service or repairs as needed
• Demonstrate and encourage safe work practices at all times
• Work overtime when necessary to meet production demands

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Basic math and reading skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to perform physical tasks including reaching, handling, and finger dexterity
• Ability to work onsite in a tobacco-free environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous knowledge of sewing operations and ability to perform sewing tasks
