Sewing and Repair Tech

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality sewn repairs on outdoor soft goods including jackets, backpacks, tents, and sleeping bags
• Operate and maintain industrial sewing machines (Juki and other industrial equipment)
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot sewing equipment issues
• Collaborate with team members to identify solutions for unique repair challenges
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail and ensure work meets quality and safety standards

Requirements

• Proven experience operating industrial sewing machines
• Strong sewing skills with ability to work quickly and accurately
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to technical detail
• Ability to stand for extended periods during shift
• Capable of lifting materials and equipment as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with outdoor gear repair
• Familiarity with technical fabrics and outdoor gear construction
• Background in apparel manufacturing or repair services
