Responsibilities

• Read repair tickets and follow instructions to perform high-quality sewing repairs on luxury bags
• Operate sewing equipment and various power tools
• Inspect bags to understand original construction and ensure repairs meet TUMI quality standards
• Reconstruct bags using proper techniques to avoid damage during the process
• Mark and cut panels using scissors to match patterns or original components
• Install zippers, handles, straps, and corner guards with precision
• Set up folder attachments for binding and seam tape
• Ensure proper seam margins and stitch lengths are maintained

Requirements

• Prior sewing experience
• Basic measuring skills
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds
• Ability to sit for long periods of time
