Sewer - Leather

Responsibilities

• Prepare, organize, and sort materials for crafting
• Set up and maintain sewing machines, including changing needles and attachments
• Inspect materials and finished products for flaws to ensure high quality
• Stitch materials using various sewing machines with precision
• Perform hand-sewing and ironing techniques as required
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Collaborate with the team and assist with related tasks

Requirements

• Minimum one year of experience operating single-needle machines in manufacturing
• Proficiency in setting up and operating sewing machines
• Ability to follow design specifications and design sheets accurately
• Basic skills in taking measurements for garment assembly
• Ability to handle physical workloads and repetitive manual motions
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working with high-end luxury clothing
• Specialized experience working with leather
