About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform all setup and maintenance work on automatic assembly lines
- Optimize programs for placement and soldering equipment in coordination with supervisors
- Execute troubleshooting and error correction on machinery
- Manage order processing and report progress using production data capture systems
- Monitor spare parts inventory and handle reordering
Requirements
- Proven experience as a setter for automatic placement and assembly lines in electronics manufacturing
- Strong technical and organizational understanding
- High level of flexibility and ability to work independently
- Strong teamwork skills
- Willingness to work in shift patterns (3, 4, or 5-shift systems)
