Setup Man Stamping

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate stamping machines and tools to initiate manufacturing operations
• Monitor and adjust machine settings to meet specific work requirements
• Collect, document, and analyze inspection and quality check data
• Identify process problem areas and communicate findings to management
• Record production metrics, including time and quantities produced
• Assist supervisors in aligning resources to production needs and analyzing performance metrics
• Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot operational and flow issues
• Provide guidance and training to newer team members

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0-3 years of related work experience in machine setup or operation
• Ability to collect and analyze quality data to take corrective actions
• Proficiency in monitoring production processes and maintaining specifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Vocational training in a related technical field
• Associate degree (AA)
