Settlement Officer

Responsibilities

• Process transfer operations across all asset classes and global markets (RFP and DFP)
• Handle the processing of physical shares
• Conduct reconciliation and investigations related to securities
• Provide support to the Front-office team
• Manage daily contact and monitoring with counterparts and custodians
• Utilize SWIFT messages (MT54*/MT76*/MT599) and various financial tools including Bloomberg, Telekurs, and GTMatch

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Finance Back Office department
• Fluency in French and a good command of English
• Mastery of Microsoft Office Pack (Excel and Word)
• Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate strong learning capacity
• Strong team player mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SWIFT messaging
• Proficiency in German
