Settlement Officer - Institutional Team

Responsibilities

• Process transfer operations across all asset classes and global markets (RFP and DFP)
• Execute trade processing (RVP and DVP) for all asset classes
• Manage migrations and the processing of physical shares
• Monitor and process Securities Lending activity
• Conduct reconciliations and investigations related to securities and cash
• Provide front-office support and maintain daily contact with counterparts and custodians
• Utilize SWIFT messages (MT54*/MT76*/MT599) and tools such as Bloomberg, Telekurs, GTMatch, and T24

Requirements

• Minimum CFC in a banking environment
• At least 2 years of experience in a bank's Settlement Department
• Fluency in both French and English; German is a plus
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
