Setter

Responsibilities

• Perform daily product care and machine setting (adjusting machines and products)
• Cooperate with other departments to resolve machine setting issues
• Independently set up machines, equipment, and fixtures
• Set correct machine parameters and conduct testing
• Perform required measurements and troubleshoot minor faults
• Optimize and fine-tune the production process

Requirements

• Technical secondary school education (SOU) with a focus on mechanical engineering
• Relevant professional experience in a similar role
• Strong technical and manual skills
• Reliability, independence, and a sense of responsibility
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
• Systematic and methodical approach to work
