Setter

Responsibilities

• Execute mold assembly and disassembly according to production orders using SMED methodology
• Manage and adjust injection molding machine parameters to ensure production quality and component compliance
• Perform robot adjustments based on part numbers in the robot program
• Handle area eventualities such as mold damage, power outages, or equipment failures
• Release production according to the control plan (CC4) to ensure component quality
• Manage production startups following both planned and unplanned stops
• Generate continuous improvement proposals for the injection molding area
• Maintain equipment, tools, and workspace cleanliness following 5S standards
• Properly dispose of generated waste, including scrap and water, in assigned zones

Requirements

• Completed Engineering degree
• 0-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or automotive environment
• Experience with cold and hot runner mold assembly and disassembly
• Knowledge of different resin families
• Proficiency in SMED methodology
• Experience with nitrogen gas-assisted injection molding adjustments
• Desirable English language skills
