About the role

Responsibilities

  • Process, qualify, and perform initial outreach to warm leads
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments between potential new customers and sales closers
  • Identify sales potential during initial contact to ensure smooth handovers to the sales team
  • Drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities through confident communication
  • Manage strategic customer relationships to ensure long-term loyalty
  • Act as a key facilitator within the sales process to maximize conversion rates

Requirements

  • Highly communicative, goal-oriented, and success-driven personality
  • A strong passion for sales and customer relationship management
  • Ability to work effectively in an office-based team environment (no home office)
  • Willingness to provide full commitment at company seminars, including weekends
  • High level of energy, stamina, and motivation to tackle challenges
  • Commercial training or previous experience in sales is preferred but not mandatory
