About the role
Responsibilities
- Process, qualify, and perform initial outreach to warm leads
- Coordinate and schedule appointments between potential new customers and sales closers
- Identify sales potential during initial contact to ensure smooth handovers to the sales team
- Drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities through confident communication
- Manage strategic customer relationships to ensure long-term loyalty
- Act as a key facilitator within the sales process to maximize conversion rates
Requirements
- Highly communicative, goal-oriented, and success-driven personality
- A strong passion for sales and customer relationship management
- Ability to work effectively in an office-based team environment (no home office)
- Willingness to provide full commitment at company seminars, including weekends
- High level of energy, stamina, and motivation to tackle challenges
- Commercial training or previous experience in sales is preferred but not mandatory
