Setter

Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust machinery on the production line
• Perform maintenance and routine repairs on equipment
• Collaborate with colleagues within the production and quality control processes
• Monitor and follow production plans and procedures

Requirements

• Manual dexterity and technical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and act responsibly
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts (short and long week rotation)
• Fluency in Czech
• Technical vocational education (e.g., Mechanical Technician, Auto Mechanic) is preferred
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage

• Shift allowance up to 2,000 CZK/month
• Transportation allowance of 100 CZK/day

• Overtime pay at 40% or 60% depending on annual hours
