Set-Up Tech C

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain equipment to support production operations
• Perform professional modifications and repairs to existing equipment under direction
• Ensure products meet cosmetic criteria and communicate these standards to employees
• Relay product and quality information to operators, inspectors, and supervisors
• Document production, maintenance, and quality control audits
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of equipment and storage areas

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Successful completion of a Mechanical Aptitude test
• Above-basic math and reasoning skills
• Moderate proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer use
• Forklift certification
• Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate issues and solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment
