Set-up Tech C (3rd Shift) - Plastics

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain equipment to support plastics production needs
• Perform modifications and repairs to existing equipment under direction from management
• Ensure products meet cosmetic criteria and communicate these standards to employees
• Relay product and quality information to operators, inspectors, and supervisors via written and verbal communication
• Document production, maintenance, and quality control audits
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment, storage areas, and the department
• Support 3rd shift schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 11:00pm-7:00am

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Successful completion of a Mechanical Aptitude test
• Above-basic math and reasoning skills
• Moderate computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Forklift certification
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage interruptions professionally

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
