Set Fabrication Production Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between teams to foster clear communication regarding project needs and timelines
• Record, track, and distribute project notes and schedules to ensure deadlines are met
• Input and update relevant information in production databases
• Organize dailies playlists and manage screening room playback systems for production reviews
• Facilitate regular team meetings and document minutes and action items
• Maintain accurate crew lists and assist with onboarding processes
• Oversee department calendars and scheduling for supervisors and management
• Monitor timecard completion and verify attendance for department head approval
• Identify and resolve production workflow challenges

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in production coordination or project management, preferably in film, television, or theater
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and basic familiarity with Photoshop
• Experience with Autodesk Flow Production Tracking or similar production management software is highly desirable
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in dynamic environments
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Ability to stand, sit, walk, and occasionally lift up to 15 pounds
