About the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform system administration and configuration for the contact center technology stack, with a primary focus on Zendesk.
  • Manage and maintain core platforms including Decagon, Amazon Connect, Airtable, and NICE.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and deployment of technical projects from initiation to completion.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Engineering teams to implement technical solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Provide administrator-level troubleshooting and support for complex system and integration issues.
  • Assist with user management, permissions, security settings, and testing new code deployments.
  • Maintain comprehensive system documentation and keep the Decagon knowledge base current.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in system administration within a contact center environment.
  • Proficiency with Zendesk and experience with Decagon, Amazon Connect, Airtable, or NICE.
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to master new software through online documentation.
  • Understanding of contact center workflows and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the banking, fintech, or financial services industry.
  • Experience with NICE InContact or other advanced contact center technologies.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
