About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver and enable net sales targets within specific food application or service categories
- Drive opportunity management by creating solutions, providing quotes, and presenting to customers using a value-selling approach
- Proactively identify leads and nurture opportunities through cross-selling and up-selling products and solutions
- Support marketing efforts by driving customer presentations, workshops, and webinars to generate interest
- Collaborate with Services Key Account Managers to implement sales objectives and account plans
- Identify portfolio gaps and work with Product Managers to address market needs
- Ensure compliance with commercial practices, pricing frameworks, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales or Account Management
- Total of at least 2 years of experience working in a corporate environment
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles
- Native-level proficiency in Japanese
- Business-level proficiency in English
