About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead consultative services sales, solution design, and commercial execution for IT transformation and managed services
  • Drive outcome-based value propositions and engage senior IT and business decision-makers
  • Build, forecast, and advance a high-quality pipeline of strategic services opportunities
  • Translate customer needs into integrated services solutions across lifecycle, managed, digital, and professional services
  • Lead customer discovery to understand business challenges, IT environments, and goals
  • Develop and present solution narratives, proposals, and ROI-driven business cases
  • Lead commercial discussions and contract negotiations through signature
  • Ensure clean solution handover to transition and delivery teams

Requirements

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in IT consulting, managed services, or outsourcing sales
  • Experience in IT services delivery and leading large, complex, multi-stakeholder services deals
  • Broad understanding of workplace IT, end user computing, and IT operations
  • Strong contract structuring, negotiation, and risk management skills
  • Proven ability to influence outcomes at the executive level
