About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead services-based customer engagements and solution design across the end-to-end services lifecycle
- Drive outcome-based value propositions and engage senior IT and business decision-makers
- Build, forecast, and advance a high-quality pipeline of strategic services opportunities
- Translate customer needs into integrated services solutions including managed, digital, and professional services
- Lead commercial discussions and contract negotiations through to signature
- Manage contractual risk and ensure deal structures align with approved financials
- Execute clean solution handovers to transition and delivery teams
Requirements
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in IT consulting, managed services, or outsourcing sales
- Proven experience in IT services delivery and leading complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Broad understanding of workplace IT, end user computing, and IT operations
- Strong contract structuring, negotiation, and risk management skills
- Excellent storytelling, presentation, and business case development abilities
