About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead services-based customer engagements and solution design across the end-to-end services lifecycle
  • Drive outcome-based value propositions and engage senior IT and business decision-makers
  • Build, forecast, and advance a high-quality pipeline of strategic services opportunities
  • Translate customer needs into integrated services solutions including managed, digital, and professional services
  • Lead commercial discussions and contract negotiations through to signature
  • Manage contractual risk and ensure deal structures align with approved financials
  • Execute clean solution handovers to transition and delivery teams

Requirements

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in IT consulting, managed services, or outsourcing sales
  • Proven experience in IT services delivery and leading complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Broad understanding of workplace IT, end user computing, and IT operations
  • Strong contract structuring, negotiation, and risk management skills
  • Excellent storytelling, presentation, and business case development abilities
