Services Sales Account Executive 2

Responsibilities

• Sell services to decision-makers, purchasing groups, and IT influencers, including CIO and CTO-level stakeholders
• Own lead qualification, client proposal development, and presentations to communicate Dell Technologies Services capabilities
• Develop customer value propositions and align business objectives with customer needs
• Coordinate internal resources, including sales, service delivery, and operations, to meet customer requirements
• Build and maintain outstanding customer relationships through strategic collaboration and advocacy

Requirements

• 8+ years of field sales experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong background in services advisory consulting
• Proven services sales acumen with the ability to manage relationships across IT Managers, Business Owners, and CXOs
• Knowledge of Cyber security, Gen AI, Multi Cloud, DC modernization, and Application/Database migrations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to assist customers in formulating long-term strategic visions
• Strong financial acumen to manage deal milestones and solutions
• Technical certifications related to services offerings
