Services Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of HP Indigo service offerings, from launch and adoption through optimization and sunset
• Translate customer needs and market feedback into clear service requirements, roadmaps, and improvement initiatives
• Lead the delivery of complex service programs and customer deployments, ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, and budget
• Manage P&L performance for assigned service lines, including spare parts, labor, and attach rates
• Serve as a senior representative for strategic customers and lead end-to-end customer escalations
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to ensure customer insights are reflected in go-to-market strategies
• Drive operational excellence by identifying process gaps and implementing scalable improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• 7-10 years of experience in product management, services management, or global operations
• Experience supporting complex hardware/software products in a global, customer-facing environment
• Proven experience with P&L management and financial performance tracking
• Knowledge of Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree (MBA or technical discipline)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Agile or Lean/Six Sigma certifications
• Prior experience within HP or large matrixed organizations
