About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of HP Indigo service offerings, from launch and adoption through optimization and sunset
- Translate customer needs and market feedback into clear service requirements, roadmaps, and improvement initiatives
- Lead the delivery of complex service programs and customer deployments, ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, and budget
- Manage P&L performance for assigned service lines, including spare parts, labor, and attach rates
- Serve as a senior representative for strategic customers and lead end-to-end customer escalations
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to ensure customer insights are reflected in go-to-market strategies
- Drive operational excellence by identifying process gaps and implementing scalable improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- 7-10 years of experience in product management, services management, or global operations
- Experience supporting complex hardware/software products in a global, customer-facing environment
- Proven experience with P&L management and financial performance tracking
- Knowledge of Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree (MBA or technical discipline)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Agile or Lean/Six Sigma certifications
- Prior experience within HP or large matrixed organizations
