Services Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end services operations, including resource planning, capacity modeling, and utilization management.
• Monitor project setup, staffing alignment, and billing readiness to identify operational risks.
• Manage services-related data integrity across CRM and PSA systems to ensure accurate reporting.
• Translate complex datasets into actionable insights and dashboards for services and executive leadership.
• Act as a cross-functional connective layer between Professional Services, Sales, Finance, and Legal.
• Review sales and contractual documents, such as Statements of Work and Change Orders, for policy compliance.
• Administer and support services systems, including PSA, project tracking, and time & expense tools.
• Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and playbooks to support scalable execution.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Services Operations, Business Operations, or Resource Management.
• Proven experience working within a software, SaaS, or technology services environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect data to business outcomes.
• Hands-on experience with CRM, PSA, ERP, or project management tools.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills, with comfort working with large datasets.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.
• Detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving in ambiguous environments.
