Services Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver services design to specification and onsite installation within time, cost, and programme requirements
• Attend design consultant meetings, organise and chair workshop meetings, and manage job documentation
• Liaise with contract administration to evaluate tenders regarding site service co-ordination and scope of work
• Contribute to construction programming to ensure sequences minimise conflict
• Manage the energising/de-energising of all services and ensure all necessary deliverables are available prior to project completion
• Oversee the timely provision of temporary services to maintain safe and adequate site conditions

Requirements

• Previous experience as a services engineer or manager within the construction industry
• Tertiary qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering, or a relevant Trade qualification with industry experience
• Proven experience in the design and construction/installation of building services
• A hands-on approach with the ability to manage trades, tenders, and onsite installation
