Services Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of building services across complex projects, ensuring systems meet time, cost, quality, and program requirements.
• Drive technical excellence and influence design solutions for mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and fire systems.
• Develop and mentor engineers, cadets, and graduates to build high-performing project teams.
• Act as a key connector between subcontractors, consultants, authorities, and clients.
• Oversee services coordination and design development to resolve technical issues early and ensure conflict-free installation.
• Manage subcontractor performance, procurement, variations, and trades administration.
• Oversee programming and commissioning activities to ensure systems are tested, certified, and handed over on time.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold high safety standards and continuous improvement practices.

Requirements

• Relevant services trade qualification or tertiary degree in Building, Construction, or Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in Tier 1 or Tier 2 services management roles.
• Strong expertise in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and fire building systems.
• Proven experience in subcontractor management, procurement, and technical documentation.
• High-level competency in commissioning, compliance, and building codes.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.
