Services Lead

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a capable, service-focused team with clear standards, accountability, and development pathways
• Set and deliver a services strategy aligned to cost efficiency, safety, sustainability, and employee experience
• Own budgets, supplier relationships, and cost optimisation across Fleet, Travel, and Help Pod functions
• Use systems, data, and insights to improve service performance, productivity, and ways of working
• Ensure strong governance, safety, compliance, and risk management across all operations

Requirements

• Proven experience leading shared or operational services within complex organisations
• Strong people leadership capability with experience building high-performing teams
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets
• Confidence working with systems, data, and performance insights to drive decisions
• Ability to lead integrated services and influence stakeholders effectively
• A customer-focused mindset with the ability to guide teams through change
