About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead sales origination, pipeline development, and revenue growth for a portfolio of North America-headquartered Industrials clients.
- Advise senior-level clients on complex cash management, liquidity, trade finance, and working capital solutions.
- Execute portfolio sales strategies in coordination with global, regional, and country partners.
- Manage the end-to-end deal process, including RFP responses, client presentations, and custom solution design.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities to deepen product penetration and grow revenue across the client portfolio.
- Collaborate with Onboarding and Client Executives to ensure efficient implementation of new mandates.
- Provide market intelligence to Product Management teams to influence future product development.
Requirements
- 10 or more years of experience in financial services sales and/or product management.
- Proven ability to originate and close complex deals in cash management, trade finance, or liquidity solutions.
- Track record of managing large, multi-national client relationships with direct revenue accountability.
- Deep technical knowledge of Payments, Liquidity Solutions, and Trade Finance.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at senior executive levels.
- Bachelor's or university degree.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Deep knowledge of the Industrials sector ecosystem and market dynamics.
- Strong understanding of balance sheet and income statement concepts.
- Experience using CRM tools for sales pipeline management and origination tracking.
