About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead sales origination, pipeline development, and revenue growth for a portfolio of North America-headquartered Industrials clients.
  • Advise senior-level clients on complex cash management, liquidity, trade finance, and working capital solutions.
  • Execute portfolio sales strategies in coordination with global, regional, and country partners.
  • Manage the end-to-end deal process, including RFP responses, client presentations, and custom solution design.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities to deepen product penetration and grow revenue across the client portfolio.
  • Collaborate with Onboarding and Client Executives to ensure efficient implementation of new mandates.
  • Provide market intelligence to Product Management teams to influence future product development.

Requirements

  • 10 or more years of experience in financial services sales and/or product management.
  • Proven ability to originate and close complex deals in cash management, trade finance, or liquidity solutions.
  • Track record of managing large, multi-national client relationships with direct revenue accountability.
  • Deep technical knowledge of Payments, Liquidity Solutions, and Trade Finance.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at senior executive levels.
  • Bachelor's or university degree.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Deep knowledge of the Industrials sector ecosystem and market dynamics.
  • Strong understanding of balance sheet and income statement concepts.
  • Experience using CRM tools for sales pipeline management and origination tracking.
