ServiceNow Visualization & CM Analyst

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and maintain a suite of complex data visualizations within ServiceNow
• Execute essential CM functions including change request analysis and CI audits
• Investigate and resolve data integrity issues within the CMDB and telecom modules (TSOM/TNI)
• Act as a technical mentor for the team regarding ServiceNow visualization best practices

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship
• Active, in-scope US Government Secret clearance
• 4-8 years of recent and relevant experience
• Advanced ability to create complex data visualizations in ServiceNow
• Strong hands-on understanding of ServiceNow platform, ITSM processes, and CMDB data model
• Strong foundation in Configuration Management (CM) principles
• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow telecommunications modules (TSOM/TNI)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - Platform Analytics
• ITIL or Security+ certifications
• Practical understanding of the OSI model and network circuit interrelations
