ServiceNow Tester

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control methodologies to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards, guidelines, and procedures
• Develop and define major and minor characteristics of quality including quality metrics and scoring parameters
• Establish and maintain a process for evaluating hardware, software, and associated documentation
• Conduct and participate in formal and informal reviews throughout the development life cycle

Requirements

• 1 year of experience testing in the ServiceNow platform
• Active TS/SCI security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow certification
