ServiceNow Technical Specialist/Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and evolution of the ServiceNow platform across core modules including ITSM, CSM, ITOM, and CMDB
• Define architecture standards, solution blueprints, and integration strategies
• Translate business requirements into sustainable technical solutions
• Review and guide development to ensure best practices, maintainability, and platform health
• Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and enterprise systems
• Drive automation to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort
• Oversee platform performance, upgrades, security, and governance
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and mentor developers and administrators

Requirements

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with strong, hands-on ServiceNow expertise
• Proven experience designing and delivering ServiceNow solutions at scale
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required
• Strong scripting skills using JavaScript and the Glide API
• Experience with Flow Designer and Service Portal / UI
• Hands-on integration experience with REST/SOAP APIs and external systems
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, performance optimization, and upgrades

Preferred Qualifications

• CIS, CAD, or CTA certifications
• Experience with additional ServiceNow modules beyond ITSM
• Experience working in complex, enterprise-scale environments
• Strategic mindset with the ability to influence technical direction
