About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of the ServiceNow Facility Management solution
  • Design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business and technical requirements
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow modules supporting Facility Management operations
  • Deliver core capabilities including Maintenance Management, Work Order Management, and Asset Engineering
  • Design and oversee integrations between ServiceNow and SAP for vendors, contracts, and purchase orders
  • Develop and review integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server
  • Provide technical leadership to developers and implementation teams
  • Support solution testing, SIT, UAT, production deployment, and hypercare activities
  • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, governance, security, and performance standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
  • 8+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience
  • 3+ years of experience as a Technical Lead or Solution Architect
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) or Facility Management modules
  • Strong experience integrating ServiceNow with SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, or SAP Ariba
  • Proficiency with IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, Script Includes, and REST/SOAP APIs

Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
  • Experience with ITSM, ITAM, or CSM modules
  • Experience with enterprise reporting, dashboards, and SLA management
