Responsibilities
- Manage development team, scope, and project schedule
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies
- Handle project administration for internal and client stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to project plans and manage project budgets
- Act as the escalation point for the project team
- Maintain overall accountability for quality solution development and deployment
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Technical Lead role leading ServiceNow implementations
- Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA)
- Knowledge of SDLC methodologies such as Waterfall or Agile
- Active TS/SCI security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional ServiceNow certifications
- SAFe/Agile certification
- Experience with implementations in cloud environments
