Responsibilities

  • Manage development team, scope, and project schedule
  • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Handle project administration for internal and client stakeholders
  • Ensure adherence to project plans and manage project budgets
  • Act as the escalation point for the project team
  • Maintain overall accountability for quality solution development and deployment

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a Technical Lead role leading ServiceNow implementations
  • Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA)
  • Knowledge of SDLC methodologies such as Waterfall or Agile
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Additional ServiceNow certifications
  • SAFe/Agile certification
  • Experience with implementations in cloud environments
