About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage development team, scope, and project schedule
  • Develop architectural products and deliverables for enterprise and operational business lines
  • Develop system strategy and necessary design infrastructure
  • Advise on technological purchases regarding processing, data storage, and application development
  • Set standards for client/server relational database structures (SQL, ORACLE, SYBASE, etc.)
  • Advise management on the feasibility of potential future projects

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in a Technical Lead role leading ServiceNow implementations
  • Knowledge of system development life cycle methodologies (Waterfall or Agile)
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or other ServiceNow certification
  • SAFe/Agile certification
  • Experience with implementations in cloud environments
