ServiceNow Technical Architect

Responsibilities

• Develop technology and architecture strategies and roadmaps for ServiceNow SPM to support product-oriented, agile environments.
• Own technical setup, architecture, and system documentation, including expertise in platform interfaces and integrations.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects to ensure alignment with Architectural Guidelines and the Target Architecture Master Plan.
• Support and guide Product Teams in managing the full Product Lifecycle from both strategic and short-term perspectives.
• Drive and protect the design, integration, and architecture for assigned products.
• Evaluate technical trends to determine when new technologies are mature and cost-efficient for inclusion in solutions.
• Translate complex business needs into technical features, user stories, and backlog items.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in ServiceNow SPM, product management, IT portfolio management, or enterprise architecture platforms.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM.
• Proven experience implementing or managing ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture, APM, or TPM capabilities.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow SPM modules, including Project Portfolio Management and Demand Management.
• Experience working within Agile and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environments.
• Ability to architect new platforms and data models to support large-scale enterprise transformations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working closely with PMO and Enterprise Architecture teams.
• Strong understanding of Application Portfolio Management (APM).
• Knowledge of Lean principles and their application in portfolio optimization.
