ServiceNow Technical Architect

Responsibilities

• Review and integrate all application requirements including functional, security, integration, performance, quality and operations
• Review and integrate technical architecture requirements
• Provide input into final decisions regarding hardware, network products, system software and security
• Collaborate with Functional teams to determine implementation strategies (declarative vs programmatic vs AppExchange)
• Serve as the escalation point for technical issues
• Design end-to-end technical solutions and components outside of the ServiceNow platform

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in a Technical Lead role leading ServiceNow implementations
• Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA)
• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies such as Waterfall or Agile
• Active TS/SCI security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional ServiceNow certifications
• SAFe/Agile certification
• Experience with implementations in cloud environments
