About the role

Responsibilities

  • Administer the ServiceNow platform daily, including users, groups, ACLs, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts
  • Configure and maintain applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge, and CMDB
  • Implement platform enhancements, updates, and upgrades
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reliability
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
  • Gather requirements from stakeholders and deliver solutions
  • Provide technical support for ServiceNow-related issues
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and integration with other systems

Requirements

  • Minimum Top Secret (or higher) security clearance
  • Experience with ServiceNow administration
  • Solid understanding of IT service management (ITSM) principles
  • Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
