ServiceNow Strategy Advisor

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice on ServiceNow platform utilization, ensuring alignment with best practices, scalability, and service optimization
• Serve as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow capabilities including ITSM, ITOM/CMDB, HRSD/enterprise services, and CSM
• Collaborate with the Service Delivery Manager to support delivery decisions, prioritize risks, and align business demands with platform capabilities
• Engage stakeholders to translate business requirements into platform solutions and clarify deliverable functionalities
• Support governance and design consistency through design reviews and promoting reuse of existing capabilities
• Contribute to the platform roadmap by identifying enhancements and recommending service delivery improvements
• Act as an escalation point for complex functional or platform decisions and cross-module design issues

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in ServiceNow or enterprise service platform environments
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities (ITSM, ITOM/CMDB, HRSD, CSM)
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders
• Experience in complex, multi-module ServiceNow environments and structured governance models
• Knowledge of ServiceNow design patterns, workflow-driven service delivery, and platform scalability
• Ability to support decision-making and enhance delivery leadership
