ServiceNow Staff Developer

Responsibilities

• Perform configuration and customization of the ServiceNow system, including the creation of workflows.
• Build service request fulfillment workflows using UI actions, client scripts, and business rules.
• Use scripting tools and ServiceNow functionality to automate manual tasks.
• Execute integrations and process automation using Orchestration, Web Services, and SOAP calls.
• Gather business specifications and develop technical documentation to meet functional requirements.
• Maintain and manipulate data between ServiceNow and other integrated systems.
• Generate dashboards, home pages, and performance analytics reports for business stakeholders.
• Analyze user stories to improve system capabilities and automate process workflows.
• Conduct system and integration testing using sample and live data.

Requirements

• College degree in a related technology field (Computer Science, Engineering, Science, etc.) or comparable experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in a software development role.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and Angular JS.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementation, including various modules or custom applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow certifications.
• Experience with Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD) software release processes.
• Knowledge of digital technologies such as Machine Learning, AI, IoT, or Blockchain.
• Experience with Performance Analytics and Service Portal implementation.
• Familiarity with GRC, SDLC tools (JIRA, TFS), or authentication protocols (Active Directory, LDAP, Azure).
