ServiceNow SPM Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) implementations by bridging business needs and technical solutions
• Lead discovery workshops to gather and document detailed business requirements
• Write comprehensive user stories and acceptance criteria for technical teams
• Translate complex business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions
• Work closely with architects and developers to support solution design and implementation
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deliver presentations to stakeholders

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow
• Proven functional expertise in ServiceNow SPM modules, including Demand Management and Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
• Deep understanding of Resource Management, Strategic Planning, and Financial Management
• Experience with Scenario Planning, Roadmaps, and Portfolio Management
• Strong communication skills with experience engaging both business and executive stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Strategic Portfolio Management (CIS-SPM) certification
