ServiceNow Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end solutions on the ServiceNow platform across various modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and SecOps.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and governance to ServiceNow developers and administrators.
• Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical designs and solution specifications.
• Design and oversee integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using IntegrationHub and APIs.
• Define and mature the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Common Service Data Model (CSDM) strategy.
• Lead proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives to evaluate new platform features and complex designs.
• Maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, including technical specifications and decision logs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of direct, hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Proven track record in a ServiceNow Architect role delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications.
• At least three ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications.
• Expertise in JavaScript and Glide APIs.
• Strong knowledge of CMDB and CSDM principles.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow integration capabilities (REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server).

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of ITIL v3/v4 frameworks.
• Experience with Performance Analytics, Reporting, and Dashboards.
