ServiceNow Solution Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow solution design aligned to business, enterprise architecture, and platform best practices
• Design scalable and secure solutions across ITSM, ITOM (TSOM), CSM, GRC, and SecOps
• Act as a technical authority for architectural decisions and provide guidance to developers and implementation partners
• Define and enforce design standards, patterns, and governance controls
• Design and govern integration approaches using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub
• Lead CMDB architecture, including data modelling, normalization, and ITOM alignment
• Partner with senior business, IT, and security stakeholders to facilitate design workshops and roadmap planning

Requirements

• Deep hands-on experience across ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM/TSOM, CSM, GRC, and SecOps
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, IntegrationHub)
• Proven experience in CMDB design, data modelling, and service mapping
• Experience designing large-scale enterprise ServiceNow implementations
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification (Mandatory or strongly preferred)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementer credentials in ITSM, ITOM, or CSM
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills within agile environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise architecture and IT governance frameworks
• Exposure to regulated or security-sensitive environments
• Background in cloud platforms, DevOps, or enterprise integration patterns
