ServiceNow Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of enterprise ServiceNow solutions across multiple product lines.
• Define scalable platform architectures, drive governance, and establish technical standards.
• Lead end-to-end implementation engagements from discovery through deployment and post-production support.
• Design complex integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS) using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to client executives, leading architecture workshops and steering committee presentations.
• Mentor consultants and developers while contributing to the development of ServiceNow accelerators and best practices.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise technology consulting or platform implementation.
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, Lead Architect, or Technical Lead.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• At least one Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification.
• Expertise in REST/SOAP APIs and working knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) track experience.
• Multiple ServiceNow CIS certifications.
• ITIL v4 Foundation or higher certification.
• Experience with Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, or Generative AI capabilities within ServiceNow.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with modern data platforms like Databricks, Snowflake, or Azure AI Services.
• Industry experience in Financial Services, Retail, or Healthcare.
