ServiceNow Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the development of ServiceNow enterprise architecture vision and roadmap
• Drive innovation through Now Intelligence, Process Optimization, and Integration Hub
• Lead architectural decisions for complex, multi-workstream implementations
• Architect end-to-end solutions incorporating security, scalability, and performance
• Design modern user experiences using Next Experience UI and Virtual Agent
• Develop integration architectures using Integration Hub and API frameworks
• Implement AI-powered solutions using Now Assist and Predictive Intelligence
• Guide implementation teams on architectural patterns and coding standards
• Establish technical governance frameworks and platform standards
• Mentor team members on ServiceNow best practices

Requirements

• 14+ years of enterprise IT experience
• 7+ years specifically in ServiceNow architecture
• Proven track record leading at least 2 large-scale ServiceNow implementations
• Experience with Risk & Compliance and Customer Service Management
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture
• Expert knowledge of App Engine, Integration Hub, and Flow Designer
• Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, GlideScript, and REST/SOAP
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree
• Experience with GRC, SPM, or PSDS
• Additional ServiceNow product certifications
