About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead systems engineering and architecture for the ServiceNow ecosystem on RHEL and Windows to support AT&T’s National Security business segment.
- Architect end-to-end platform capabilities, translating stakeholder requirements into technical roadmaps and implementation plans.
- Define and evolve the program’s technical architecture, advising leadership on trade-offs, risks, and investment priorities.
- Apply Agile, Scrum, and SDLC practices to plan, decompose, and track engineering work.
- Engineer and integrate solutions with Cisco NSO, GOTS, and other enterprise systems.
- Design and implement monitoring, observability, and automation strategies using tools like Ansible, Python, Terraform, and PowerShell.
- Direct the diagnosis and resolution of complex system-of-systems issues through Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Ensure all designs and operations comply with DoD 8140.03 (8570) IAT Level 2 requirements.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
- 12-16 years of relevant professional experience (depending on education level).
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- At least one additional advanced ServiceNow certification.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant ServiceNow experience.
- IAT Level 2 certification.
- Proven experience with MariaDB and database management.
- Experience working across Linux (RHEL) and Windows platforms.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell for ServiceNow integration.
Preferred Qualifications
- ISC^2 CISSP or equivalent certification.
- Experience with Cisco or Juniper networking environments.
