ServiceNow Senior Consultant

Responsibilities

• Participate in enterprise ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects across the full delivery lifecycle
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules including ITSM, GRC, TPRM, BCM, and Operational Resilience
• Develop technical components such as Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Workflows
• Ensure high technical quality by following ServiceNow best practices and performance standards
• Support requirements gathering and analysis with business stakeholders and technical teams
• Act as a bridge between clients and delivery teams to ensure continuous alignment
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), rollout, go-live, and post-implementation stabilization
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal methodologies and best practices

Requirements

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, preferably in technology consulting
• Proven experience in end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, particularly ITSM and/or GRC
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and SQL
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with both technical and business stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in highly regulated environments, such as Financial Services
• ServiceNow CIS certification (ITSM, GRC, or related modules)
• ITIL Foundation certification
• Experience with integrations (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) or workflow technologies like Appian
