Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of functional ServiceNow designers and the change management team
- Lead requirement gathering and analysis activities
- Lead functional design activities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, define, and document product requirements and use cases
- Facilitate process redesign and serve as a liaison to the business community
Requirements
- 5 years of experience leading ServiceNow implementations
- Experience overseeing IT project planning, execution, and delivery
- Experience leading a small team of business analysts
- Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility
- Ability to obtain a polygraph
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing Agile user stories
- Experience writing functional test scripts
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA or CIS-ITSM
