About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead testing efforts and maintain QA standards for ServiceNow solutions within an Agile environment
- Design and maintain QAT test plans and quality documentation to mitigate risk
- Develop and implement QA processes, standards, and best practices
- Execute System Integration Testing (SIT) and manage defect tracking
- Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including resource and environment management
- Maintain regression and automation test suites using ATF
- Assess project release risks, including code overlap and environmental impact
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, and development teams throughout the SDLC
- Provide coaching, feedback, and training to junior analysts on systems and methodologies
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, including both manual and automation testing
- Proven experience in a leadership role within QA or testing teams
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Experience with Agile SDLC and project management
- Proficiency in Incident, Change, and Release Management
- Familiarity with ServiceNow modules (Service Portal, Knowledge Management, CMDB, etc.)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, IT Business/Management, or an engineering-related discipline
- Experience with Hardware and Software Asset Management (HAM/SAM)
- Knowledge of Vulnerability Management and Cloud Discovery
