About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead testing efforts and maintain QA standards for ServiceNow solutions within an Agile environment
  • Design and maintain QAT test plans and quality documentation to mitigate risk
  • Develop and implement QA processes, standards, and best practices
  • Execute System Integration Testing (SIT) and manage defect tracking
  • Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including resource and environment management
  • Maintain regression and automation test suites using ATF
  • Assess project release risks, including code overlap and environmental impact
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, and development teams throughout the SDLC
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and training to junior analysts on systems and methodologies

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, including both manual and automation testing
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within QA or testing teams
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Experience with Agile SDLC and project management
  • Proficiency in Incident, Change, and Release Management
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow modules (Service Portal, Knowledge Management, CMDB, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science, IT Business/Management, or an engineering-related discipline
  • Experience with Hardware and Software Asset Management (HAM/SAM)
  • Knowledge of Vulnerability Management and Cloud Discovery
